Personal Background
Greetings Prospective Clients! Thank you for considering me as your Realtor by taking a few minutes to read about what makes me different. If you prize proficiency and versatility, have confidence that I am the right agent for you.

During the summer of 2002, I left a career working on healthcare policy at the Federal government for a challenging career in real estate. Working full time since then, I have faced the challenges of a competitive and changing marketplace.

My strengths lay in marketing the joys of urban living to a sophisticated clientele. As a Baltimore and Washington, DC expert, I love what I do; introducing people to urban living. I have the tools and skill sets needed to bring buyers and sellers together.

While I grew up in the suburbs of Washington, DC, I was an active member of Baltimore's Charles Village neighborhood. For almost ten years, I initially rented and ultimately owned a home on North Calvert Street.

Charles Village, for me, represents an active and positive city neighborhood. Neighbors work together for the overall benefit of the community. Local community organizations like the Charles Village Civic Association and the Charles Village Community Benefits District enable residents to achieve a true village neighborhood environment.

Please continue reading my background. I look forward to working with you on your real estate needs. Feel free to visit my MySpace page. Thanks Again!

Considering buying in Baltimore? Start at the Live Baltimore site. Links to every Baltimore neighborhood are provided, as well as home-buying incentives and resources.

Baltimore has been experiencing a renaissance, led by waterfront neighborhoods like Fells Point and Canton. Old rowhomes and factories are converted to trendy lofts and modern spaces, and fresh businesses have moved in.

Another favorite neighborhood of mine is Mount Washington. I especially love the mid-century Modern architecture.

Business Philosophy
I approach my Real Estate career as the business it is. My philosophy is to provide prompt, top notch customer service. High pressure is not my style because I realize the importance of decisions regarding your housing.

I believe that receiving is great, but that giving shows gratefulness. To that end, 10% of my commissions are donated to the charity of my clients’ choice.

Purchasing a home is one of the largest purchase most people make in their lifetimes. To that end, I feel it's critical clients are informed. Here, you'll find information on how to get a free credit report.

Professional Background
My career as a Realtor has provided me many joys with a most-recent highlight being a frequent appearance on HGTV’s National Open House.

I've met many challenges as a Realtor and an achievement that I am most proud of is bringing steady and consistent sales to the area around Baltimore's Penn Station called the Station North Arts & Entertainment District.
