| Personal Background | A passion for historic preservation and a strong interest in art and interior design formed the perfect background for Debran's career in real estate.
Debran is a native North Carolinian and Wake Forest University graduate who majored in Art and Art History with a concentration in Interior Design. She moved to Washington to pursue her interests in interior design and historic preservation. Her venture into residential real estate began in 1999 and her business has steadily grown each year. Her trained eye for a sense of space and proportion translates her buyers' wants and needs into actual properties best suited for them. It also helps her sellers prepare and stage their house so they get top dollar when it goes to market. Debran has steadily built her reputation on skillfull negotiating, dependability, honesty, responsiveness, and relentless attention to detail. She takes pride in giving her all from beginning to end to best benefit her clients.
When not assisting buyers and sellers, Debran enjoys traveling, reading, playing golf and softball, hiking, gardening, volunteering with the Junior League, and giving historical building tours or attending lectures at the National Building Museum in DC. She married in June 2003 and bought a house with her husband in North Arlington.
