To work on our team, you need to be passionate about your career. This is an important value for us at Coldwell Banker and one that I personally hold at high regard. When I first started in this business in July 2002, after a lengthy career as a technology trainer and entrepreneur in Orlando, Fla., agents kidded me about sleeping at the office. I was always the first in and the last to leave, six days a week. My philosophy has always been that opportunities are created, not born. You have to be prepared to identify them and respond in a timely fashion. For this, you need passion for your trade.

This is how I became Rookie of the Year in 2003, a top producing agent selling $9.6 million in 2004. I was on top 5 list regionally for teams in 2006, and in 2010 ranked #3 in Delaware for Coldwell Banker affiliates.

I have a passion for helping others reach similar success, which sometimes involves overcoming fear and rejection. As an award-winning speaker for Toastmasters International, I am skilled at mentoring others to develop communication and leadership skills. My knowledge and experience have made it easy and enjoyable to facilitate masterminds focus groups on topics like lead generation, overcoming objections and negotiation skills.

Now I am at a point in my life in which I want to give back. I have seen and absorbed so much and I want to pass it on. Helping agents achieve their maximum potential and then to help them go even further is my ultimate goal.
