Personal Background
I happily live with my husband, three amazing daughters and a wild and crazy cat in a 1920's colonial in Mt Washington. We moved to Baltimore in 1998 from Silicon Valley California. People still ask "why?" I say, "Can't life be a big adventure?"

My interests include:
- interior design (I love staging homes)
- antiquing (anything from yard sales to flea markets and beyond)
- quilts (can't sew straight, so I admire and collect them)
- independent movies (you'll often find me at The Charles)
- the beach (Outer Banks of North Carolina)
- music (tastes too vast to categorize-music is what keeps me sane)
- reading (never enough time in the day to read all I want)
- great friends (what else do you really need?)

A great multi-tasker, I rarely ever sit still, yet do know how to to take that moment and smile at nature and children.

I strongly believe in community service, and gladly volunteer whenever I can with two wonderful organizations: NAMI (National Association of Mental Illness) and CHANA (The Jewish Response to Domestic Violence).

My Website Features
Business Philosophy
Buying or selling a home can be very stressful. I can help reduce that stress by taking care of all the details. My positive energy and organization skills will make your real estate experience truly enjoyable. My defining characteristic is personal service, which seems to be such a rarity these days.

Former clients say I am personable, highly energetic and fun. I like to analyze every situation from all angles, with an "outside the box" approach. My personal philosophy is to find humor in everyday events.

A few of my standout strengths are my creativity, perserverance, and professionalism.

I am proud and pleased to announce I am a pioneer in the LGBT RES (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Real Estate Specialist) certification.

We all share this one earth, and must do what we can to preserve it for future generations. Therefore, I am also pleased to say I am GCREP-CL (Green Certified Real Estate Professional-Green Leadership).

Designations
-Green Certified Real Estate Professional-Green Leadership (GCREP-GL)
-Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Real Estate Specialist (LGBT RES)
-Mt Washington Preservation Trust board member (MWPT)

Professional Background
After a successful career practicing diagnostic medical sonography, I moved into pharma/medical sales. For many years my passion has always been to pour over the real estate section of the paper/internet, pick out the homes I wanted to see, then go visit as many Open Houses as I could every Sunday. My TV's default is set to HGTV. Real estate has always been my love, so I decided to follow my dream and go in to real estate full time. Best move I ever made!
