Paul Valentino

Paul Valentino, President, Greater Washington Metro, is directly responsible for the sales offices in Washington D.C. as well as Maryland’s Montgomery County. He is a member of the Senior Management Team.

Valentino, a 30-year real estate veteran, began his real estate career in 1974 as a licensed sales associate in Virginia. By 1976 he was the owner/president of a multi –office real estate company in the Virginia/Washington D.C. area. He sold his company in 1993 and continued on as general manager for the firm until joining Pardoe Real Estate in 1997.

In 2000, he entered the new Internet world of real estate as the national expansion manager for ZipRealty.com. Building on his Internet experience, Valentino re-joined Pardoe Realty in a management position for Northern Virginia in 2001. Pardoe Realty was a mid-size, full-service upscale real estate boutique company serving Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia prior to the formation of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2002.

He has successfully led numerous real estate offices and agents to impressive gains in productivity over the years. A certified residential broker, Valentino holds the National Association of REALTORS® e-PRO professional real estate designation. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Virginia Association of REALTORS®, and the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS®.

Valentino holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from George Mason University and spent seven years in the Air National Guard. He resides in Reston, Virginia with his wife, Mary and has four children.

 
Dean Cottrill
General Sales Manager, Baltimore Metro

Dean Cottrill, General Sales Manager, is directly responsible for sales offices throughout Baltimore City and Baltimore, Carroll, Howard, Harford and Anne Arundel counties, as well as Maryland’s Eastern Shore and Bethany Beach, Delaware.

Dean has been a successful and established member of Washington and Baltimore’s real estate community since 1991. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, he was an office manager with Long & Foster. He has been recognized as a leader, serving as President of the Anne Arundel Board of Realtors in 2005, a member of the National Association of Realtors’ Board of Directors in 2005, and being named Realtor of the Year by the Anne Arundel Association of Realtors in 2006.

Cottrill currently holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) professional real estate designations. He earned a bachelors degree in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Indiana, PA. Cottrill is a strong supporter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and resides in Anne Arundel County with his wife, Laura, and has two children.

 
Peter Copenhaver
Branch Vice-President and Coastal Region Manager

Copenhaver began his real estate career in Ocean City in 1981 where he was partner in a successful resort rental company. After he sold his second company to what has become CBRB at the beach, he spent a year in sales before being asked to return to management in 1987. Since then, he has managed most of the company’s offices in the resort area and started the Bethany office for the company.

He is a past president of both the Ocean City Board of Realtors and the Sussex County Association of Realtors and remains active in those groups. He has named both Realtor of the Year and Sales Associate of the Year.

Copenhaver earned a BS degree from East Tennessee State University in 1970 after which he spent 11 years working for a Fortune 500 company in the Human Resources field. He has served on the Boards of several charitable foundations and believes strongly in the work of the Coldwell Banker Cares Foundation. He and his wife, Susan have two boys and live in Ocean Pines, MD.

 
Ruth Papuchis
Regional Vice President & Vice President, Field Operations, Washington Metro, Washington D.C. and Montgomery County, Maryland

Licensed in 1983, Ruth is an associate broker in Maryland and DC. She formerly served on the board of directors for the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors and currently serves on the Contracts and Clause Committee. Prior to coming to CBRB she served as director of Career and Systems Development for Long and Foster as well as co-managed the Gaithersburg/North Potomac office. As a career counselor, she provided mentoring, business development guidance and skill-building advice to new and intermediate agents. In addition, she spearheaded the implementation of unique office systems designed specifically to enhance agent production and career advancement. Ruth previously managed the successful CBRB Silver Spring office for 4 years and has been a top producing Realtor with both RE/Max and Shannon & Luchs (now Weichert).

 
Roni Schultz
Vice President, Field Operations, Baltimore Metro

Roni Schultz began her real estate career in 1981, and started with our company in 1984 as a licensed Realtor in Maryland. Prior to accepting her current position, Schultz was the branch vice president of the Greenspring sales office in Lutherville, Maryland and the Regional Vice President responsible for sales offices throughout Harford County, Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Throughout her career she has enjoyed managing and selling real estate. Schultz has been an active participant in community fundraisers such as the Susan G. Komen Race For a Cure, Harvest for the Hungry and Habitat for Humanity. She was the recipient of the Home Team Spirit Award, selected by her peers for exhibiting professionalism in the industry.

Schultz is currently a member of the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS® (GBBR), where she previously served on the Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Maryland Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. She holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) professional real estate designations.

She earned a bachelor of arts in psychology from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland. She resides in Timonium with her husband, Ric, and has three children.

 
Susan Holt
Vice President and Regional Director, Vacation Rentals

Susan Holt, Senior Vice President and Regional Director of Vacation Rentals, manages one of the largest realty resort divisions in the United States. She is a member of the Senior Management Team and is directly responsible for seventeen offices in the Maryland/Delaware Resort area, managing 4,400 properties, and their related service departments.

She has worked in the hospitality business with hotels, real estate, and vacation rentals on Maryland’s Eastern Shore since 1975. Prior to the formation of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2002, Holt served as vice president and regional director of Vacation Rentals for O'Conor, Piper & Flynn. She received, for three consecutive years, the company's Certificate of Excellence for exceptional management.

Holt is an active member of the Vacation Rental Manager’s Association (VRMA), the only nationwide trade organization for the vacation rental industry, where she serves on the Association’s Leadership Development Committee. Holt is also a member of the Economic Development Committee (EDC) to help increase tourism in Ocean City and of the Ocean City Development Corporation (OCDC) to revitalize downtown.

She is a member of the Coastal Association of REALTORS® and has served on the Grievance Committee for the past ten years.

Always involved in the community, Holt has served on the Ocean City Police Department's Play It Safe Committee to provide alcohol-free activities for graduate groups visiting the Resort and is a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity.
