My specialty is waterfront, water-privileged and water access communities near the Magothy River. I presently live near (1 block away) the Magothy River, and keep my boat there in my water access community pier. If you want to buy a waterfront home, let's go see it by water, as well as by land. Many waterfront listings do not tell you that for 500 or 1000 foot in front of their home, that it may be 3 foot deep or less. A key part to waterfront living is navigable water and we will make sure that is what you get.
My son George IV (my full-time assistant) and I are also avid golfers and we lived on the Walden Golf course in Crofton for over 10 years. Together, we have played on over 50 courses in the Maryland area. So, if you are interested in living near or on golf course communities, let us work with you to insure a prime location for you on or near the golf course.
