| Personal Background | I have spent most of my life living in one resort or another. From the Jersey Shore, to Orlando and St. Pete/Clearwater, Florida, to Breckenridge, CO, to Ocean City, MD, and now Lewes, DE. I understand all about living a Resort Lifestyle. It is in my blood. I am a single dad raising a teenage daughter. I have a son and another daughter both are on their own. I have a strong connection to family which has brought me full circle to where I am planting some roots in this area. My life while having been a whirlwind of change has included some incredible success stories.
I believe that the key to helping others is to help yourself first. The best contribution I can make is my ongoing personal development. I create my own happiness. I keep refining all the parts of my character and my health. Most of all I do my best to lead by example.
| | Business Philosophy | While most agents adhere to the Golden Rule I really don't see how that helps my clients if I were to always be looking to do things the way I would want them to be. I take my business a step further. I apply the Platinum Rule where I walk in my clients shoes and see things from their perspective. This has proven to be extremely beneficial to all of my buyers and sellers.
| | Designations | The letters of designations behind my name are not nearly important to me as the education I receive from the classes themselves. I take much pride in attending new classes that will educate me further and where my clients reap the biggest rewards.

| | Professional Background | My accomplishments as a professional - 23 years in the electrical/construction industry working large and small jobs & companies, running my own company for 15 of those years. I have 10 years of intense computer/internet training and skills, including part ownership and operating an internet radio station. I worked as a technical trainer for 2 years helping many students become Certified. I wrote many Technical Study Guides for different testing providers. I am a published author of a book. I am active with Toastmasters International where I constantly work on polishing and improving my communication skills. I have started and continue to be the facilitator of a Masterminds group within my office in my efforts to continue the highest level of professiolaism not only for myself but for everyone within our organization.
Now I am 6 years deep into my real estate career and have enjoyed much succes. I was rookie of the year when I started. My dedication and drive have been evident and continues to this day. In 2006 with the market in decline my partner and I were still able to achieve being in the top 5 for sales in our region.
