Personal Background

Born and raised in the Baltimore/Howard County area, I have a vast knowledge of our community and what is has to offer. Licensed since 1985, I was the Rookie of the Year Award recipient and for the following 26 years I was consistently a Multi Million dollar producer. I received my Associate Brokers license in 1996. In my current role as the Branch Vice President of the Ellicott City/Enchanted Forest office, I am proud of my reputation for knowledge, honesty and caring that I bring to the office.

Support is the key to business success. As a non-competing manager, I believe it is my responsibility to help my associates identify and achieve their goals by providing the training, coaching and opportunities necessary to succeed and an office atmosphere that is both supportive and professional. My job is to know every agent’s strengths and weaknesses and empower them to reach their goals. Whether getting a new agent up and running quickly or taking an experienced agent to the next level, there is no greater feeling than contributing to someone’s success!

Whether you are new or seasoned, we provide training through Skill Builder, Knowledge Builder and Experience Builder programs as well as in office continuing education classes. We hold technology seminars, webinars and coaching. We also have a Mentor Program for newcomers. All are designed to help our agents deal with the complex and ever changing real estate market.

Community Involvement

The Ellicott City office is very community minded. We actively support Harvest for the Hungry, Go Red Campaign and the Coldwell Banker Cares Foundation. Many of our agents are mentors at Dogwood Elementary School.
