The Catonsville Coldwell Banker office is a great place to start your real estate career! The office warmly welcomes all new agents and provides a positive atmosphere to conduct your business as well as offering support for one another. My job, as manager, is to know every agent's strengths and weaknesses and empower them to achieve their goals. To help with this, I offer in house training, a mentoring program and manager coaching.  I am also a non competing manager, focusing on my agents' careers and not my own. Whether getting a new agent up and running quickly or taking an experienced agent to the next level, there is no greater feeling than contributing to someone's success!
