I am originally from Charleston, West Virginia, but came to the Washington area in 1966. For a short while I lived in the Maryland suburbs but moved to Prince William County, Virginia, in 1969. Here in Prince William County I raised and educated my two children who graduated from Osbourn Park High School in Manassas. Tamara, my daughter resides in Raleigh, North Carolina, with her husband Andy, my three grandchildren, Alexander Blue, Chloe Rose and Eleanor Sage. She graduated from the University of Virginia in four years with a double major. In addition to being a full time Mom, she owns and operates a portrait studio in Raleigh, 'SnapHappy Portrait Studio'. My son, Brandon, resides in Lake Ridge with his wife, Becky, and my two granddaughters, Delaney and Kaylee. He graduated from George Mason University and now teaches Alternative Education in Manassas.
As you can see from the above information, I am very proud of my family and I know that I am not any different than most parents. Family is my main priority and providing a safe and comfortable environment for them to grow and develop into young adults has taken precedence over other things. This is why I have been a real estate professional for almost 20 years. It gives me the opportunity to assist others in locating the right home in the best area for their wants and needs and it also allows me to share not only my real estate expertise, but provide others with the same level of service and professionalism that I would expect for my family.
Since I live in the Lake Ridge, Prince Willliam County area and my office is located in the same area it seems that the majority of my business comes from this area. However, with the increase in prices of homes in the last several years it seems that my showings of properties has increased in the Stafford and Spotsylvania County areas due to the fact that prices are somewhat lower in these areas. I have also become very familiar with the Caroline County area which is starting to experience a drastic increase in new homes being built and seems to be one of the areas where you can still find a new detached home under $300,000.
I am positive, enthusiastic, and truly enjoy the real estate business. As a resident of Prince William County since 1969, I am knowledgeable of the area and the inventory and have established excellent working relationships among other real estate agents and have earned a good reputation for being fair, honest, trustworthy and a hard worker.
My goal is to provide you, my client, with the professional service you not only deserve, but should demand in today's competitive real estate market. I know that over time, business relationships are built on trust, outstanding service, respect, and a caring nature. To neglect any of these areas would diminish the quality of service which is not acceptable in my profession. As a real estate professional, my personal commitment extends far beyond a single transaction.
