I am currently a member of the NVAR Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club as I have consistently exceeded in having a high volume of sales in our local market. I have completed all of the ethical training that is required to become a member of the National Association of Realtors. As a member I have exceeded the amount of training that a normal sales associate would undertake to further my accredibility as a REALTOR.

Professional Background

I have spent close to a decade as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage working as a team with my father, Tom Pietrucha. We have over 28 years of collective experience in real estate and serve nearly every county in Northern Virginia. Prior to real estate I was a custom woodworker for 12 years at 2 separate companies that specialized in audio visual furniture as well as custom woodworking for the Department of Defense and other government contractors.
