Personal Background

Growing up I spent every summer and most holidays in Ocean City. My family purchased our first vacation home in Ocean Pines in the early 70's. After graduating from Indiana University with a Business degree in Marketing, I decided to make Ocean City my home. My husband is another DC area transplant and we have happily raised our two children here in Ocean City. Although we did choose to relocate twice for other business opportunities we were always delighted to return home to Ocean City.

In June of 2015 I returned to Real Estate Sales after three years as the Branch Vice President of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Ocean City 104 and Ocean Pines offices. I was proud work with the agents and staff in the highest volume Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Office and Broker in the Coastal Region. An integral part of my position was to assist and train agents on how to best serve their clients by delivering Truly Remarkable Service on each and every transaction. This consistent level of service has been recognized by the readers of Coastal Style Magazine as we have earned the Title of Best Real Estate Company in Worcester County (The Greater Ocean City Area) for the 4th consecutive year 2013-2016. As I resume my sales career I look forward to providing Truly Remarkable Service to my past and future clients.

I have extensive experience in the Ocean City Real Estate Market as well as the surrounding communities of Berlin, Ocean Pines, Bishopville, and West Ocean City. With my Delaware license I can also help you locate a home in Fenwick Island, Bethany Beach, Ocean View and the nearby inland communities. Since the early 80's, I have bought, remodeled, constructed and sold many homes in and around Ocean City. I am excited to use my extensive knowledge of the area and my expertise in construction to help my clients find their new Coastal Home.
