Personal Background

I've been active in the real estate business for almost 40 years, both as an independent sales associate for 8 years and a manager for over 30 years. Having experienced the many changes in the real estate market over these years, I feel well qualified to help sales associates succeed in any market.

Educational Background

I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Education from Bowie State University. Professional real estate education includes the Graduate Realtors Institute designation and the Certified Residential brokerage Manager designation, CRS classes, along with ongoing Continuing Education classes.

Professional Achievements
I am active in the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors, of which I served as President in 2001. I was honored to be named Realtor of the Year for Anne Arundel County in 2002.

Business Philosophy
As a non-competing branch manager, I believe it is my job to guide associates as they strive to achieve their goals by providing access to education and optional coaching, as well as an office atmosphere that is both supportive and professional. I have minimum standards so that each associate knows what is expected.

Office Activities and Accomplishments

This office is one of the most productive offices in Anne Arundel County. Besides being known for our professionalism, we're known as an office of friendly independent sales associates who enjoy social activities and who take part in community activities. We participate in Food Bank Drives, School Backpack and Uniform Programs, Toys for Tots, and other local activities, while raising money for Food Link, SPCA, Maryland Therapeutic Riding, and other charitable endeavors chosen by office committees.
