Personal Philosophy & Background
I operate our Roland Park office with the core understanding that we care for and support one another and by doing so we create a work environment that delivers an exceptional experience for our clients and one another.
If you are considering a real estate career or changing companies, Coldwell Banker and I will devote ourselves to your success by:
-one on one development of your personal business and marketing plan; and
-consistent training, mentoring and personal coaching to meet your income goal
Knowledge, experience and integrity are important qualities to look for in a Real Estate Office and a Real Estate Professional.
Here's what our agents and our clients have to say: "...always available when I needed assistance...", "helped me start my real estate business career with welcomed assistance & support", "...thorough follow-up and attention to detail", "...took time to listen" ..."I had high expectations and limited resources"... "Georgiana's past experience as an award winning sales person, her ongoing volunteer work in professional and community organizations, and her position as a Maryland real estate commissioner, provides me with the best resources an agent can have!"

As manager I take personal responsibility to coach each agent to meet their business goals. I am not like other managers and we are not like other real estate offices. We strive to be different in order to deliver a successful, memorable & exceptional experience.

My objective is to show you that we are different, that we deliver Remarkable Service. We work together, support each other and are available to provide guidance and assistance to each other and to our clients in meeting their business goals.
Additionally, we have a strong commitment to our community through our support of the CBRB Cares Foundation, the GBBR Foundation, and numerous other community agencies.
