I enjoy coaching and helping agents be successful...my knowledge comes from my experience...I was a top associate and sold over 100 homes per year...I became a manager...and then a regional manager overseeing several offices...a General Manager overseeing a company...and I've owned my own real estate company.  All this experience...any my passion to help my associates be successful helps our associates and our office be the #1 office in the county of all offices! .
