EDUCATION with a personal touch

Coldwell Banker Crofton is a regional training center and a leader in the industry in offering the best continuing education to newly licensed and established associates. For the newly licensed associate we provide, optional in-office skill development through Skill Builder, Knowledge Builder and Experience Builder. We have discussion groups, technology seminars, webinars and coaching. We also offer mentorships to newcomers. To experienced agents, we offer all the above plus weekly personal business growth sessions with attention to personal accountability, productivity and growth. All are designed to help the newly licensed and experienced agent deal with today’s complex and rapidly changing real estate market. For experience sales agents affiliated to the office we also offer access to a technology champion to assist them in sorting out and implementing the Coldwell Banker many tools into your marketing system to get them up and running quicker.
