Place Your Real Estate License With RERI
As an RERI agent you can earn commissions simply by placing a phone call. Yes, it is that easy. If you have a friend, relative or co-worker who is interested in buying or selling property, just pick up your phone and call our office. When you call RERI we will take the information your customer has given you and place your referral with the designated broker's office. If you have a customer who is moving out of state, we can also place that referral.
How Does Real Estate Referrals, Inc. Work?
When you have contact with a customer, you can let them know you are a licensed real estate agent working as a referral associate with RERI who will obtain a professional full time sales associate with the designated broker to work with them.
You then will call RERI's office and give your customer information to us. RERI will call the office in the area that will service your customer. The designated agent will contact them. After the property(s) go to settlement, the accounting department will issue a commission check to RERI, who in turn will then send you a referral commission check. On your personal residence you can earn even more.
Are There Any Fees?
Real Estate Referrals Inc. is not a member of the board, so associates of RERI are not members of the board. Associates do not pay for error and omissions insurance.
There is a small annual associate fee with Real Estate Referrals, Inc. This fee is prorated from the time you become an associates with RERI. The annual fee will be due every February.
Continuing Education
We offer convenient Continuing Education classes weekdays and evenings in order for you to easily obtain your license renewal credits. We will keep you informed through our newsletters and brochures of changing laws and trends impacting the real estate industry.
